Will this top stay in place when I go upside down?
Yes that's exactly what our tops are designed for.
Every RARR sports bra and bralette is tested by real pole dancers through climbs, inverts, spins and dynamic tricks. Features like wide underbands, supportive elastics, adjustable straps and secure construction help keep everything comfortably in place while you move.
If you're learning your first invert or training advanced tricks, you shouldn't be worrying about your top.
Will these sports bras support a larger bust?
Many of our styles are specifically designed with bigger busts in mind.
Collections like Carmen, Hamilton and Maddox have become favourites for D+ cups thanks to their supportive construction and secure fit. Every product page includes information about the level of support and who it's best suited for.

How do I choose the right size?
Our sizing isn't based solely on bra cup sizes.
Instead, we recommend using your bust and underbust measurements alongside our size guide on each product page. This gives a far more accurate fit than simply choosing your everyday bra size.
If you're between sizes, we're always happy to help.
Should I size up or down if I'm between sizes?
It depends on how you like your tops to fit.
If you prefer maximum compression and support for training, choose the smaller size.
If you prefer a little more comfort or you're close to the upper measurements, sizing up is usually the better option.
If you're unsure, just ask we'll point you in the right direction.
Are the bra cups removable?
Most RARR sports bras include removable padding, however it does vary between styles.
Each product page will tell you whether that style includes removable cups, fixed cups or no padding at all.
What's the difference between a sports bra and a bralette?
Sports bras are designed for higher support during pole training, conditioning and workouts.
Bralettes focus more on comfort, style and lighter support, making them perfect for dance, photoshoots, festivals or lower-impact classes.
Many customers own both one for training and one for feeling fabulous.
How much skin do I actually need to grip the pole?
More than most beginners realise but probably less than you're imagining.
Pole relies on skin contact for grip, particularly around your waist, sides and underarms for certain moves. Our tops are designed to give you the coverage you want while still allowing the skin contact needed as your skills progress.
You can always choose a higher-coverage style if that's where you feel most confident.
