Do Knee Pads Make Pole Tricks Harder?

No way. RARR™ knee pads are designed with pole dancers in mind—which means grip where you need it, flexibility where you want it, and zero interference when you’re climbing, spinning or sliding into that heel clack moment. Our grippy dot tech and Velcro-secure styles mean you can trust your pads to stick when you do.

Which Knee Pad Material Is Best for Me?

We’ve got options to suit every vibe:
Spandex – lightweight, comfy, and perfect for flowy floorwork
Neoprene with Velcro – snug fit with pole grip built-in
Vinyl & Gel – great for harder floors and dramatic drops
If you’re unsure which to pick, take our 3-question Knee Pad Quiz—it’ll match you to the style that fits your training style (and your knees).

How Should Knee Pads Fit?

Like your fave booty shorts—snug, secure, and move-with-you comfy. Our pads come in sizes Small to XL, and we’re all about inclusive fit. If your pads are sliding around mid-twerk, they’re too loose. If they’re cutting off circulation? Try the next size up or one of our stretchier styles.

Need a fit check? Slide into our DMs or pop in-store—we’ll help you try them on.

How Do I Wash & Care for Knee Pads?

Easy-peasy:
Hand wash in cold water or pop them in a lingerie bag on a gentle cycle
Air dry only (no dryers, babe—they’ll mess with the padding and grip)
Skip the softener (it kills that grip magic)
Store flat to keep the shape perfect
These babies are built to last—but show them love and they’ll return the favour on the floor.

When Should I Wear Knee Pads?

Um… always? 😜
But seriously—RARR™ knee pads are perfect for:
Pole classes & training
Photoshoots & stage performances
Aerial hoop, lyra, and floorwork-heavy routines
CrossFit, gym sessions, or even volleyball
Anytime you’re working those knees, we’ve got you.
Some dancers even wear them under costumes for that sneaky protection during shows.
