Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Rarr Designs Wholesale Program. By purchasing through our wholesale platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility & Account Approval

Wholesale access is available to registered businesses and approved accounts only. We reserve the right to approve or deny any wholesale application at our sole discretion.

2. Order Requirements

No Minimum Order: We do not impose minimum order quantities.

No Monthly Spend Requirement: There is no obligation to meet monthly spend thresholds.

3. Pricing & Payment

All wholesale pricing is provided exclusive of GST and shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

Payment Terms: Payment is due in full at the time of order. Your wholesale pricing, shipping and order total are shown at checkout, and payment is taken at checkout before your order is confirmed.

We accept payment via approved electronic methods at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs.

Shipping is calculated and charged at checkout. If the actual freight cost differs materially, we will invoice you for the balance or refund the difference before dispatch.

Rarr Designs is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs.

International orders: customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver and are payable directly to DHL, our designated international courier, on delivery. Rarr Designs does not collect or pre-pay them, and they are not included in the price you pay at checkout.

5. Returns & Faulty Items

No Refunds or Exchanges for change of mind or unsold stock.

Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Approved faulty items will be replaced or credited at our discretion.

Proof of fault (e.g. photos) may be required for claims.

6. Privacy & Data Use

We respect your privacy. All personal and business data is handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws.

Information provided will only be used for account management, order processing, and communications related to our wholesale relationship.

7. Use of Business Identity

You are permitted to use and promote your business name and identity in relation to your partnership with Rarr Designs.

Rarr Designs may feature your business in promotional material with your consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All product designs, images, and content remain the intellectual property of Rarr Designs.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any Rarr Designs materials without written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate wholesale access at any time for breach of terms or unethical business practices.
