Returns
We understand selecting the right style and size online can be a difficult one. We happily accept returns for an exchange or full refund to the original payment method (excluding shipping cost), provided the following requirements are met:
- The item(s) are returned within 30 business days of you receiving them.
- The item(s) are in their original condition. All tags must be attached.
- Sale item(s) are returned in 30 business days with tags will receive store credit or exchange only
- Item(s) must not be worn, washed or altered.
- We can not accept returns on custom made products
Returns will not be accepted if the above requirements aren’t met.
Shipping costs incurred by returning an item are not covered by Rarr Designs, however, if a new size is requested we will cover the shipping cost when sending you the new item(s).
FINAL SALE items are – no returns or exchanges unless faulty (subject to stock availability).
Important Information
Please note that all postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless the garment is faulty. If you received a faulty garment or the wrong item, please email us at hello@rarrdesigns.com.au so we can make it right! As soon as you have submitted this form please check your junk mail box. Sometimes our emails land in there.
Go to Orders
In your Account, click Orders and select the order you want to return.
Initiate the Return
Clack more actions, then Create return.
Select Items for Return
Choose the items being returned and set the Return quantity.Wait for email approval to send the return back.

Please provide all the details of your return in the Message field. As we've recently updated to a new website returns will be processed manually. Apologies for any inconvenience.
Please provide the following:
- Your Order Number
- Your Phone Number
- Specify whether you want a REFUND or EXCHANGE
