What sizes does RARR pole wear go up to?
XS through to 3XL across most of the range, and we're still extending it. Extended sizing isn't a separate line or a limited offshoot — it's the same fabrics, the same construction and the same quality as every other size we make.
Is plus size pole wear made differently to the smaller sizes?
Yes — and that's deliberate. Scaling a pattern up and calling it done is exactly why so much plus size activewear fits badly. We change the construction: wider elastic through the bust and tummy so it actually holds you, and more side coverage so there's no spillage where you don't want it. Same fabric, same quality, built properly for the size rather than stretched to fit it.
Will the shorts ride up or roll down during class?
They shouldn't. Everything is fit-tested on real dancers before it goes into production, and the fabric has strong recovery so it doesn't bag out halfway through a session. If shorts have ridden up on you before, that's a design problem — not a you problem.
What size should I order if I'm between sizes?
For shorts, size up. The fabric moves with you, so a slightly looser waist is easy to live with and a tight one isn't. For bra tops, go by your bust measurement rather than your usual dress size.
Does the size guide include thigh measurements?
Yes — thigh, waist and hip, not just a dress size. Worth checking before you order shorts. Thigh is the measurement most brands leave out and the one that actually decides whether they fit.
Which style should I start with?
The Carmen. It's our most-requested style across the full size range — the bra is built with supportive structure that works across cup sizes, and the shorts come in both high-waisted and low-rise so you can pick what suits you. If you're not sure where to begin, begin there.

Yes. Our Hallam studio in south east Melbourne carries the range, and there's a pole on the floor — so you can actually move in something rather than guessing from a size chart in a cubicle.
