Let's be honest. If you've got a bigger bust, you've probably spent way too long trying to pole in a top that was absolutely not designed for what you were asking it to do.
Falling out mid-invert? Straps sliding off during a shoulder mount? Padding going rogue while you're trying to nail a trick? Yeah. We've heard it all — and honestly, we've been there. It's exactly why we design the way we do.
So let's talk boob-approved pole wear. Not just cute — functional cute. The kind that keeps everything exactly where it's supposed to be when you're spinning, flipping, and climbing your heart out.
Why Regular Tops Just Don't Cut It on the Pole
Standard activewear is built for forward-facing, mostly upright movement. Running. Squatting. Jumping. Great. But pole dancing asks so much more — you're upside down, gripping with your thighs and your skin, extending, arching, inverting. Your top needs to come with you for all of it.
For bigger busts, regular sports bras and crop tops tend to fail in a few key ways. They don't have invert-proof support — the second you flip, everything shifts. They use thin, loose or wide-set straps that can interfere with pole contact on your shoulders and armpits. And the cups? If they're not anchored properly, they're not staying put when gravity decides to get involved.
Finding genuinely supportive pole tops for big busts is harder than it should be. But once you know what to look for, it makes all the difference.
What to Actually Look For
Here's what we design around — and what you should be checking for:
Strapping that actively holds the bust. Not just aesthetic straps — structural ones that work at the cleavage to pull things inward and upward. This is what separates a pretty bra from a boob-approved pole bra.
Elastic taping around the cups. This is what actually keeps the cup in contact with your body when you move. Without it, cups lift away during inversions and overhead work.
A proper underbust band. Wide, firm, structured. This is doing the heavy lifting (literally) — and it needs to be built for movement, not just for standing still.
Adjustable straps with real hardware. Proper bra sliders let you fine-tune the fit for your body. A generic elasticated loop won't give you that control.
Secure back closure. A clasp or hook-and-eye means you can adjust fit at the back independently of the straps — a game-changer for bigger busts where the underbust fit is just as important as the cup.

Our Boob-Approved Picks
These are our genuine recommendations if support is your priority — designed, tested and worn in real pole classes before they ever hit the site.
The Yasmin Plunge Bralette — Our most popular big-bust bralette, and for good reason. The halter-neck plunge design pushes the bust inward, elastic taping around the cups holds everything in place during inversions, and the design creates strong cleavage without relying on padding overload. Available in Hot Pink, Red, Black and Forest Green. From $65 AUD, XS–XL. Shop Yasmin →
The Felix Open Mesh Bralette — Luxe shiny nylon with open fishnet mesh across the bust, waistband and back. The feature strapping at the cleavage is the magic — it actively pulls and holds the bust in place through movement. Bold, strappy and genuinely supportive. Available in Red, Purple and Black. From $60 AUD, XS–XL. Shop Felix →
The Hamilton Sports Bralette — Fully lined with removable padding (the kind that's actually anchored, not just sitting there), proper adjustable bra sliders on the straps, and a bra clasp back closure for a real supportive fit. This one's for you if you want more coverage without sacrificing hold. Available in Hot Pink, Black and Purple. From $60 AUD, XS–XL. Shop Hamilton →
The Electra Bra — Silky semi-shiny nylon elastane with 15% spandex for stretch and recovery. The wide underbust waistband is the standout feature — firm, structured support that lifts and shapes from underneath. If you've struggled with bras that dig in or ride up, this is worth trying. From $65 AUD, XS–XL. Shop Electra →
The Glitteratti Plunge Bra — Our low-impact dance bra that brings the sparkle without sacrificing shape. Plunge bikini-style cut, fully lined with removable padding, bust darts for shape and cleavage, and adjustable shoulders. Perfect for floorwork, dance-style training or competition prep where you want to glitter and hold. From $60 AUD, XS–XL. Shop Glitteratti →
All our bras run XS–XL, and our Plus Size & Curvy collection goes all the way to 5XL.
Tips for Bigger Busts on the Pole
Test upside down before class. Seriously — put it on at home, bend forward or do a shoulder roll, and check that nothing moves. Your classroom floor is not the place to discover your top doesn't invert.
Size up in the band between sizes. A slightly looser band is more comfortable for longer sessions and you can compensate with strap tension. The support should come from the structure, not from squeezing yourself in.
Don't size down looking for more support. A too-small band restricts breathing and movement. If the structure of the bra is right, you won't need to go smaller — you just need the right design.
Grip spray on straps can help. If straps shift during shoulder or armpit moves, a very light spray of pole grip on the fabric (not your skin) can keep them in place.
Real Talk: You Deserve Pole Wear That Works
Big boob pole wear shouldn't be an afterthought. It shouldn't be "here's our standard range, best of luck." It should be designed from the start with the understanding that different bodies need different things — and that every body deserves to move freely, feel supported, and look absolutely incredible doing it.
At RARR, we've been making pole wear for every body since 2013. Everything is designed, tested and worn in real classes by real people before it hits the website. That's not marketing — that's just how we do it.

FAQs
Does RARR make pole wear for bigger busts?
Yes! Our Yasmin, Felix, Hamilton, Electra and Glitteratti ranges are all customer favourites for bigger busts, with structural features like elastic cup taping, cleavage-holding straps and wide underbust bands designed to work through inversions and overhead movement.
What's the most supportive pole bra for big boobs?
The Yasmin Plunge Bralette and Felix Bralette are our top picks — both use active structural features at the bust that hold through movement rather than just sitting there. The Hamilton is the go-to for those who prefer more coverage with a clasp back closure.
Can I pole dance comfortably with a bigger bust?
Absolutely — and you don't have to choose between looking incredible and feeling supported. The key is pole wear designed with real support built in, not just cute aesthetics.
Do your bras stay put when you're upside down?
Our big-bust favourites are designed with inversions in mind — elastic cup taping, structural strapping and clasp closures all work together to keep things in place. We always recommend testing at home in a forward fold before your first class to nail the fit.
Do you ship across Australia?
Yes! We ship Australia-wide, and we have a physical store in Hallam, South East Melbourne if you'd like to come in and try things on first.
