Returns & Exchanges

Please read this first

We know choosing the right style and size online can be tricky! We happily accept returns for an exchange or a full refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs), as long as:

The item is returned within 30 business days of you receiving it
The item is unworn, unwashed and unaltered, in its original condition with all tags attached

Sale items can be returned within 30 business days, with tags attached, for store credit or an exchange only.

Final Sale items can’t be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Custom-made items can’t be returned.

Returns that don’t meet these requirements won’t be accepted.

Exchanging for a new size? We’ll cover the postage to send your new item to you.

Important Information

We want you to love your Rarr gear! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help you exchange or return it.

Exchanges are free on size and colour swaps

If you used a discount code on your original order, the exchange portal may show a price difference for your new item. Don’t worry, you won’t be charged it. We’ll remove the difference when we process your exchange, so you only ever pay what you originally paid.

Postage

Return postage is paid by the customer, unless your item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Faulty or incorrect item? Please email us at hello@rarrdesigns.com.au before starting a return, and we’ll make it right.

How to start a return or exchange

Sign in to your account and go to Orders.
Select the order that has the item you’d like to return or exchange.
Click Request return, choose the item(s) and quantity, and tell us the size or colour you’d like instead (for exchanges).
Wait for our approval email before sending anything back. Please check your junk or spam folder, as our emails sometimes land there.

What happens next

Once we receive your return, we’ll send your exchange item out or refund you to your original payment method.

I was a little worried about the sizing and fit when ordering, opted for my usual size and they were perfect.

For the mid-size baddies

I generally fit an Australian size 18/20, with most of my weight sitting in my stomach and thighs. I comfortably fit the 2XL bodysuit - the fabric did not cut into my skin and the crotch did not ride up. The high waisted bottom was supportive without being tight around the crotch or stomach, however the waist band did fold/roll down with movement. 7.5/10

I generally fit an Australian size 18/20 and 20DD, with most of my weight sitting in my stomach and thighs. I comfortably fit the 2XL bodysuit - the fabric does not cut into my skin or roll anywhere. I wish the bra cups were a bit bigger but I havent had any slipping/much movement. The high waisted bottom is supportive without being tight around the crotch or stomach. I feel so sexy and powerful every time I put this bodysuit on - 9/10 recommend!
