Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send a notification with your tracking number! Within Australia, you can track your order through Australia Post here.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. Please check your email (including spam) for a shipping notification. Note: Orders aren’t shipped on Wednesdays.
If there are no tracking updates, or if your parcel shows as delivered but isn’t located, please contact Australia Post at 13 23 45 to initiate an investigation. If it’s declared lost, contact us to arrange replacements.
International customers may need to pay duties and taxes as set by local customs. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

We review return requests within 1 business day and will email further instructions. After we receive your return, processing takes 3-5 days.
Please include the packing slip and any details about your requested exchange or refund to speed up processing.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 days after we receive the returned item.
Ensure you enter the discount or gift card code at checkout. If there’s still an issue, reach out to us with a screenshot of the error. Note: Discount codes cannot be used on Pole Grips or Gift Cards.

Our garments are based on Australian standard sizing, but fabrics may stretch differently. We aim for consistency, though slight variations may occur due to fabric differences.
