Welcome to the Rarr designs Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your participation in the affiliate program and the relationship between you (the “Affiliate”) and Rarr designs (the “Company”).

2. Eligibility

• You must be 16 years or older to join this Affiliate Program.
• You must have a valid website, blog, or social media account with relevant content.
• The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Promote Rarr designs’s products and services using ethical and legal methods.
• Ensure that your promotional materials and content do not contain any false or misleading information.
• Refrain from using unauthorized or spammy marketing techniques.

4. Affiliate Links

• The Company will provide unique affiliate links for tracking purposes.
• You must use the provided affiliate links in your promotions to ensure proper tracking and commission allocation.

5. Commissions

• Affiliates will earn a $5 dollar commission on every qualifying sale made through their affiliate links.
• Commissions will be calculated based on the net sale amount, excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts.
• Commission payments will be made on a monthly or quarterly

6. Payment Terms

• Payments will be made via store credit
• The Company reserves the right to withhold or cancel commission payments if fraudulent activity is suspected.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Affiliates must not engage in any illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, spamming, or infringement of intellectual property rights.
• Affiliates must not bid on or use Rarr designs’s trademarks or any variation of these in PPC campaigns or domain names.
• Affiliates must not engage in cookie stuffing or use hidden affiliate links.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
• Upon termination, affiliates must remove all affiliate links and cease promoting Rarr designs products immediately.
• Any outstanding commissions earned prior to termination will be paid according to the regular payout schedule.

9. Modification of Terms

• The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
• Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard.
• Continued participation in the program after such modifications shall constitute agreement to the revised terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

• The Company will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Affiliate Program.
• The Company makes no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Affiliate Program or any products sold through the program.

11. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria/Australia
• Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria/Australia
