Quick bio.
I am an actress and theatre teacher for 15 years . When I turned 30 I tried an exercise that would keep me motivated and I discovered the pole fitness through a television report. I immediately fell in love with the sport that was totally unknown in Montreal and I worked hard to make it known. I opened Studio 409 in spring 2008 and since then I meet and work with wonderful women.
